Every session is crafted within mutually agreed boundaries that both the provider and the guest commit to honour. Either party may pause or end the encounter if limits are crossed or the situation feels unsafe.
Terms & Conditions
Each encounter with Namu Amore is a unique art and wellbeing experience grounded in mutual respect, consent and trust. The following terms clarify what both parties can expect.
Health & Wellbeing
Please share any relevant health or wellbeing information ahead of time. Sessions do not replace medical or therapeutic care, and participation always happens at your own discretion.
Confidentiality
Personal details and anything shared within sessions remain confidential. Recording, photography or distributing materials is forbidden unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Breaches may be referred to the authorities.
Bookings & Cancellations
A fee may be collected to confirm a booking. As these experiences are bespoke and time-specific leisure services, there is no automatic statutory right to cancel. Cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeits the advance payment. Rescheduling is assessed individually.
Legal
All services are presented as artistic experiences. Illegal activities are not tolerated. By taking part you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements will first be approached collaboratively to reach a mutually satisfying resolution. Only if no agreement can be reached will disputes be taken to the local courts corresponding to the company’s place of registration.
